As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TMG, Stephen Miles brings over 25 years of experience partnering with CEOs, emerging C-suite talent, and boards of directors to drive impact for organizations — from some of the largest multinational corporations to dynamic, high-growth start-ups.

Stephen is one of the world’s top business coaches and has developed an extensive library of leadership content that he uses to support a model of high-performance coaching with CEOs and COOs across the globe. He was profiled in Bloomberg Businessweek as “The Rising Star of CEO Consulting.”

 Stephen is renowned for his expertise in CEO succession, skillfully guiding companies through pivotal leadership transitions. He is also a recognized expert on the Chief Operating Officer role and is involved in advancing C-suite and board dynamics research in collaboration with the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Additionally, Stephen is a co-founder of the “New CEO Program” at the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Stephen and his CEO advisory services have been featured in Forbes, Bloomberg, Harvard Business Review, and other publications. He has authored several best-selling books on executive-level leadership and currently hosts the C-Suite Intelligence podcast, where he discusses challenges, opportunities, and tactics for executive leaders. 

Stephen’s global perspective is enriched by his experiences living in Kenya, South Africa, Iraq, Argentina, and Canada. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
